For over 20 years, Natasha Moine has been exploring the intersection of yoga, nutrition, and energy, driven by a deep passion for helping women feel vibrant in mind, body, and soul. She specializes in guiding women to reconnect with their bodies through creative movement, breath, and holistic wellness practices.
In addition to her 200-hour yoga teacher certification, Natasha has deepened her expertise with over 1000 additional hours of training, including SHERPA Breath + Cold Level 1 in Austin, TX, Holistic Nutrition certification from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) + Mobility Training in Los Angeles, Advanced Vinyasa and Advanced Reiki in Ottawa, Kula Yoga in NYC, Level 1 Tantra, and an Advanced EFT (Tapping) Practitioner certification in Texas.
In her classes, Natasha blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern insights, creating transformative experiences that cultivate strength, flexibility, and emotional openness. She believes yoga is ""food for the soul,"" leaving women feeling empowered, inspired, and deeply connected to themselves.
As a holistic wellness coach, Natasha helps women feel their best naturally through mindset shifts, movement, and nourishing nutrition practices. When not teaching in Ottawa, she leads yoga retreats and training programs internationally, sharing her love of yoga and wellness with women around the world.
