From conscious brands and nourishing food vendors to hands-on wellness providers and mission-driven organizations, our vendor spaces are thoughtfully curated to elevate the weekend. If your business inspires healthy living, meaningful connection, and vibrant community, we'd love to grow together at City of Om.
Vendor Village
Vendor Village is the heart of our festival marketplace, featuring curated brands, artisans, and businesses that align with movement, mindfulness, and conscious living. We're seeking vendors offering apparel, handmade goods, skincare, jewelry, wellness products, and lifestyle items that resonate with our community. If your brand inspires intentional living and meaningful connection, Vendor Village is your space. Spaces are limited, so while we appreciate everyone who applies, only those selected will be contacted.
Cost: $575 or $625 (plus HST & Eventbrite fees)

Food & Beverage
Our Food & Beverage vendors fuel the festival experience with fresh, high-quality offerings that nourish and energize. We're looking for food trucks, beverage creators, and specialty food vendors who prioritize clean ingredients, diverse options, and efficient service for an active crowd. We welcome vendors who can keep our community moving all weekend long. Spaces are very limited, so while we appreciate everyone who applies, only those selected will be contacted.

Community Corner
Community Corner is a free indoor space dedicated to non-profits, charities, and mission-driven organizations creating meaningful impact. These spaces are designed for connection, education, and authentic engagement with festival attendees. If your not-for-profit supports wellness, sustainability, social impact, or community-building initiatives, we'd be honoured to help amplify your work at City of Om. Spaces are very limited, so while we appreciate everyone that applies, only those selected will be contacted.

Wellness Space: Rest + Recovery
The Wellness Space: Rest + Recovery is a grounding sanctuary within the energy of City of Om, inviting attendees to slow down, reset, and care for their bodies between classes and workshops. We want to thoughtfully curate a space that promotes service-based offerings such as massage, acupuncture, saunas, cold exposure, red light therapy, IV drips, and other restorative modalities. If your work supports nervous system regulation, physical recovery, and deep restoration, this is where your services belong. Spaces are very limited, so while we appreciate everyone who applies, only those selected will be contacted.
Cost: $1,000.00 (plus HST & Eventbrite fees)
Included: 20' x 20' indoor space + 1 individual social media spotlight (10.5K followers on IG and 1.5K followers on Facebook) + 1 Wellness Space Social Media Post + Wellness Space email vendor spot feature (7.5K subscribers) + website feature
