Marianna is a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in Yoga Nidra. Inspired by the subconscious mind, inner wisdom, mysticism, and psychology, she believes that accessing our inner landscape is key to healing and growth. She creates a welcoming space where students can explore this deeper connection through guided Yoga Nidra and meditation. Marianna currently teaches on Insight Timer, offering accessible sessions designed to support rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation.

Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra & Reflective Journaling

A restorative practice to slow down and reconnect. We’ll begin with some gentle movement to help you settle into stillness, followed by a Yoga Nidra session — a deeply relaxing practice similar to a guided meditation. While lying down, you’ll be guided through body awareness and visualization techniques to calm your mind and body, leading to a dreamy, restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. Many people find this state sparks creativity and clarity, often bringing some of their best ideas or insights during or after Yoga Nidra. This practice also supports your nervous system’s natural ability to relax and reset, helping to reduce stress and improve sleep. Afterward, you’re welcome to join an optional reflective journaling session to capture any thoughts, feelings, or ideas that may arise during your practice. Come as you are. Bring a journal and a pen.
