Hello I am Anna!! I am the founder of FWRD MVMT, an Ottawa wellness brand rooted in movement, mindfulness, breathwork, spirituality, and community connection. My journey with movement has always been deeply personal-it's where I feel strong, grounded, and most connected to show up as my authentic myself. Teaching is an extension of that passion, and since 2023, I have been guiding others through yoga and mat pilates, blending strength, fluidity, and intentional rest.
My classes are designed to empower, uplift, and restore, combining dynamic movement with deep breathwork, live music, and sensory elements like aromatherapy and mindful intention-setting. With FWRD MVMT, I strive to create immersive experiences that go beyond the mat-spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and leave feeling more aligned, both physically and mentally.
Bringing this experience to City of OM would be an honor, allowing me to share my love for movement, community, and mindful connection in a space that embodies these same values.

Sculpt & Restore
Sporting Life
This unique dual-intensity class is designed to empower, uplift, reset, and restore. We begin with a heart-centered meditation, allowing students to ground themselves and step into a space of self-connection. From there, we flow into a sculpt-inspired mat pilates practice, fusing yoga-inspired sequences with strength-building pilates movements using props for added resistance. Expect a high-energy yet mindful experience, where movement becomes a tool for cultivating self-love, resilience, and confidence.
After activating and energizing the body, we transition into deep rest with Yin Yoga, melting into longer-held postures to release tension and invite softness. The class concludes with aromatherapy-infused cold towels during Savasana, a powerful moment of integration that enhances nervous system regulation, relaxation, and emotional grounding.
