The 5 Koshas: The Layers of Your Being
This class is a journey through the koshas—the five interconnected layers of our being that shape our experience of life. From the physical body to the deepest essence of the self, we’ll explore how each layer influences our thoughts, emotions, energy, and connection to the world around us. Through movement, breath, and reflection, we’ll uncover ways to align these layers, peel back what no longer serves us, and step into a more integrated, awakened state of being. This class includes down regulating and energy building pranayama / breath practices, vinyasa, and meditation.
