Ramp & Recover
We are once again working out and stretching on the iconic TD Place field. And of course, hill training non traditionally up the dreaded North side ramp! The class will combine cardiovascular fitness and body weight strength. CFL All-Star and former REDBLACKS Jonathan Rose will be guest coaching again. You won’t want to miss his energy and words of wisdom. We will recover post workout with a CELO mobility & stretch session with a chance for all of you to ask any injury and training questions for Marcelo and Jonathan. Running shoes and lots of water please!
