Hello, my name is Anne-Marie Audet - The SOUND YOGI. Mom, yoga teacher, sound facilitator, and lover of all things sparkly! ||My friends would describe me as energetic, passionate, creative, intuitive, spiritual, lover of nature and adventure, definitely weird but in a good way...as in she likes to keep life fun, silly and interesting...I mean I play the GONG soooooo enough said ;)||My journey has led me many places, but after many many burnouts and subsequent awakenings, I am on a path of self-discovery, authenticity, and healing.
