In this playful and dynamic workshop, we'll explore the fundamentals of handstands through partner work, alignment techniques, and confidence-building exercises using shapes that you already know and love! Whether you're brand new to inversions or refining your line, you'll discover that unlocking your superpowers can be as simple as flipping your perspective. Expect lots of laughs, "aha" moments, and maybe even a little airtime.
